Our aim is to convey the enormous passion we have for risotto, in all its forms and combinations. To be able to share our recipes with as many people as possible, nothing is better than a travelling food truck. That’s how we started and that’s how we like to continue touring festivals and private events.

The reality of Risotto is much more than it seems. We were born as an innovative start-up preincubated at i3P of the Politecnico di Torino. Our aim is to revolutionise the world of risotto, making it a much more accessible catering product, focusing on speed without forgetting the quality of ingredients and preparation.
